From morning setup through to carriages at the end of the night, we will manage your wedding from start until finish. You can relax knowing that we have everything covered for you. Our extended full day service gives you complete peace of mind before and on-the-day. With two of our Team on hand for 14 hours, we will provide an extended day of seamless coordination from setup through to transport home.
Not only will we oversee everything from ceremony setup, through to the wedding breakfast. We will also oversee evening suppliers such as your DJ, Band and photobooth arrival. Plus supplier collection of all hired items later that night.
OUR EXTENDED FULL DAY SERVICE INCLUDES:
- An initial telephone consultation
- Review of your supplier timeline and recommendations on timing changes if needed
- Order of the day review
- Create a detailed timeline and master schedule
- Provide a full wedding day checklist
- Two meetings at your chosen venue approximately 16 weeks and 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day
- We will contact all of your suppliers 4 weeks before your wedding to introduce ourselves and give our contact information
- Check booked items with suppliers and confirm delivery/collection times – add these to master schedule
- Oversee all suppliers on the day
- Point of contact on the day for the venue, suppliers, couple and guests
- Setup and styling of your own purchased items for your ceremony
- Guest assistance from arrival until carriages
- Discreet seamless coordination from ceremony through to end of the night
- Dressing of wedding breakfast tables as per your table plan and requirements
- Oversee evening Suppliers – DJ, Band, Photo Booth etc
- Four bathroom checks for cleanliness and well stocked
- Cut the wedding cake for guests after photos and first dance
- Takedown all of your wedding decorations at the end of the night
- All cards/gifts from guests will be handed to you or your trusted person at end of the night
- Coordinate carriages at end of the night
- This service includes unlimited email and telephone conversations
- Up to 14 hours of setup, management and coordination at your venue by one Event Manager and one Coordinator

FURTHER SERVICES CAN BE ADDED FOR A SUPPLEMENTARY FEE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Hired venue styling items, chair covers and sashes from Wedding Day Service
- Additional evening set-up the night before
- Extended hours by our Event Manager and Coordinator
- Extra person for setup, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger weddings)
- Collection of your purchased venue dressing items the day before the wedding
- Return of your purchased items the day after your wedding
- Cleaning the venue at the end of the night or the following morning
