Our wedding set up Sussex service is perfect for couples who have bought, made or sourced your own wedding decorations. Wedding Day Service will dress your chosen venue on your special day, leaving you to savour every minute of your day with your friends and family without the stress of decorating your venue!

Wedding Day Service can style and dress all areas of the venue both indoors and outdoors. We will style the venue with your items and can also offer an assortment of our props too. We can do whatever you require on the day, from dressing tables and chairs, setting up room decor, table plans, lawn games, guest book & sweetie tables. You say what you would like and we will do it!

This service can be on the morning of the wedding or the day before. We will work around you and your venue timings.

WEDDING SET UP SERVICE INCLUDES:

An initial no obligation telephone consultation
A meeting at your chosen venue at least 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss set up
Meeting in person or telephone conversation with the event manager at your venue
Set up and styling of your own purchased items as per your plan.
Use of our ’emergency kit’ filled with essential items to help with any unforeseen happenings that may arise on the day
Unlimited email and telephone conversations
Up to 2.5 hours of set-up and coordination at your venue by one or two Coordinators

FURTHER SERVICES CAN BE ADDED FOR A SUPPLEMENTARY FEE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Decor and design help
Hired venue styling items, chair covers and sashes from Wedding Day Service
A thorough check of the venue the day before your wedding
Extended hours
Extra person for set-up, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger weddings)
Collection of your purchased venue dressing items the day before the wedding
Take down and return of your own items the day after your wedding

*Price may vary depending on travel time and distance to venue

Extra services will incur a supplementary fee
